2024 Irishman of the Year

Dear Friends,

The Grand Council of United Emerald Societies Incorporated cordially invites you to attend our 49th Annual Irishman of the Year dinner since our reorganization on Wednesday evening, January 10, 2024, at Antun’s of Queens Village, 96-43 Springfield Blvd, Queens Village, NY, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The Guest of Honor will be Edward T. Cetnar, Superintendent of Police/Director of Public Safety Port Authority of NY/NJ.

Superintendent Cetnar was elected to serve the Grand Council of United Emerald Societies as Aide to the Grand Marshal for the 2024 New York City Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. The 2024 Grand Marshal, Maggie Timoney, has been invited to attend this year’s gala.

The dinner subscription is $110 per person or $1100 for a table of ten. In conjunction with the 2024 Irishman of the Year dinner, the GCUES will publish a commemorative souvenir dinner journal. Full-page ads are $250, Covers $600 (front inside, rear inside, and back cover), and the Centerfold of the book is $600 (2 full-color pages). A journal ad form is enclosed if you are inclined to support the journal.

The cutoff date for dinner subscriptions and the journal is January 5, 2024.
